Havas Holding Signs Cooperation Agreements with Pakistani Companies

During the Uzbekistan-Pakistan Business Forum, Havas Holding signed agreements with Pakistani agro-industrial companies, covering the supply of agricultural products and rice.

From February 25 to 26, an official visit of Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Uzbekistan took place. As part of the visit, the Uzbekistan-Pakistan Business Forum was held in Tashkent, attended by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, and around 300 representatives from leading companies of both countries.


 

 

At the business forum, Havas Holding representatives signed agreements with major Pakistani agro-industrial companies worth a total of $30 million.

Sohail Haroon Corporation (SHC) is a Pakistani agricultural company engaged in the wholesale and export of fruits and vegetables to various countries. The company's products are currently supplied to markets in the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Middle East, and the European Union.
 

  • Sohail Haroon Corporation's products are sold in major international retail chains such as Tesco, Aldi, Hyperstar, Carrefour, and others.

Havas Holding also signed an agreement with Yaqoot & Sons worth $10 million.

Yaqoot & Sons specializes in the production, processing, and sale of high-quality rice varieties in Pakistan. The company owns its own farmland in one of the most fertile districts of Punjab.

The cooperation between Havas Holding and Yaqoot & Sons opens new opportunities for supplying Uzbekistan’s food market with high-quality and affordable rice products.
