Havas Holding Expands Strategic Cooperation with European Companies

As part of the official visits of the President of Uzbekistan to Hungary and Slovenia, Havas Holding held negotiations on cooperation with leading European companies.

From May 19 to 22, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid official visits to Hungary and Slovenia. During meetings with the President of Slovenia and the Prime Minister of Hungary, discussions focused on developing trade and economic cooperation and implementing projects in pharmaceuticals, industry, and the food and textile sectors.

In parallel, business forums were held with the participation of entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan, Hungary, and Slovenia. During the business program, Havas Holding intensified its dialogue with top European companies, marking a new stage in the development of international investment and trade and economic partnerships.

From May 17 to 19, the holding’s delegation visited Budapest for talks with a number of Hungarian companies specializing in investment, real estate, and logistics. Notably, a meeting was held with the management of BDPST Group — one of the largest investment holdings in Eastern Europe. The negotiations resulted in preliminary agreements on joint investment projects involving direct capital investment, technology partnerships, and the exchange of management practices.

Continuing its visit, on May 22 representatives of Havas Holding took part in the Slovenian–Uzbek business forum in Ljubljana, organized with the involvement of relevant ministries and more than 150 companies from both countries. The forum discussed prospects for cooperation with EHO d.o.o. — one of Slovenia’s leading companies in the storage and processing of agricultural products. The parties explored projects for modernizing logistics infrastructure, processing fruit and vegetables, and other promising areas of collaboration.
